Winter storm pummels Eastern CanadaStorm restricts travel over P.E.I. bridge
Dangerous driving conditions and cancelled flights greeted Eastern Canada Wednesday morning, as another winter storm blew through the region. Confederation Bridge, the link to Prince Edward Island, was under restricted travel guidelines by early Wednesday afternoon.
